The GENESIS BIOSYSTEMS Technical Support team provides you with the confidence you deserve of having the industry leader as your partner in your aesthetic practice. If you have a problem with any of your GENESIS BIOSYSTEMS or Derma Genesis® products, please call Technical Support at 888-577-PEEL (7335). You will be able to speak with one of our Technicians who can troubleshoot most of your technical issues without having to return your system to us for service. Technical Support Hours of Operation are 8:00AM to 6:00PM (CST) Monday through Friday.
GENESIS BIOSYSTEMS also offers a Perpetual Warranty Program that covers all Derma Genesis® microdermabrasion machine parts and labor. By taking advantage of this unique program, you will not be charged for any repairs throughout the remaining life of your machine.
